Who Am I
Hi, Iām Tania Campbell, a Registered Social Worker based in Toronto, Ontario. I provide trauma-informed therapy for individuals seeking support with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and emotional healing.
I hold a Bachelor of Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Master of Social Work from York University. I am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW).
My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, anti-racist, and anti-oppressive approach. I specialize in creating a welcoming, inclusive, and affirming space for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
I entered this field out of a genuine desire to support others as they navigate meaningful change in there life. This work is deeply meaningful to me. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected ā where you can show up fully as yourself without judgment. Whether you are navigating stress, trauma, or personal growth, I work collaboratively with you to support your journey toward clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
